Required Documents

All members must view and complete following:

New Member Indoctrination

New students, members and CFI's should start here. Our New Member Indoctrination covers everything you need to know about our school, vision, and operating principles. You'll learn about how we operate as a community and what our expectations are for communication, operation, and accountability. We'll also provide you with the resources and tools you need to succeed as a member of our group.

Membership Agreement

Please complete, sign, and initial all sections. Incomplete forms will be returned. Must include a copy of your unexpired Passport or Birth Certificate, and a copy of your valid Drivers License or State ID. Please bring the original copies on your first day (this is a TSA requirement**).

Dispatch Policy

Effective April 12, 2023.

Cessna Aircraft Check Out Form

Required for solo flight in our 172's or 150's. One form for each type of aircraft must be uploaded to FSP.

Sling NGT Check Out Form

Students and Renters must complete 5 hours of dual training for this type.

Foreign Student Flight Training

PFA can accept non United States citizens into our training program under the following conditions:

  • The candidate has completed an application for training with the TSA, and has been cleared - https://www.fts.tsa.dhs.gov/home
  • Provide a copy of their Passport and Visa status
  • Provide a 2nd form of government issued ID
  • Student is preferably on an F1 Visa. B1 or B2 Visas will not be approved.

Important note:

TSA permission email and a photograph of the candidate taken in our hangar must be uploaded to FSP on Day 1 of training. Failing to do this is a violation of TSA procedures.

** If you are not an American citizen please let us know immediately so we can start the TSA foreign student approval process as soon as possible. It could take several weeks to complete and flight training cannot begin until approval is received **
